NEENAS RETURN POLICY
Neenaslighting.com stands behind delivering top-quality products, in excellent condition directly to the consumer with their complete satisfaction. If your shipment is not satisfactory, we will happily replace it or accept a return of the merchandise, within the guidelines below.
- All returns/claims/damages must be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt - Merchandise must be purchased directly from Neenaslighting.com
- Merchandise must be in original manufacturers packaging, in resaleable condition, free from any scratches and defects, with all manuals and accessories
- Merchandise must be uninstalled, wires cannot be cut or modified
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges on any return
- Robert Abbey, custom/special orders/sale/clearance and imported products by Andromeda, Barovier & Toso, Brand Van Egmond, Fortuny, Ingo-Maurer, Media Light, Penta, Space Lighting, Venini, and Vistosi are non returnable
- Light bulbs are non returnable
- Neenas Lighting reserves the right to deny a return if the conditions above are not met
GUIDELINES FOR RETURN
Any discounts, including promotions and shipping applied to your order may be deducted from your credit. For example: if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned all or some items, we would issue a credit for the price paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct any shipping and handling cost. The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back. If returned merchandise arrived damaged or used, we will not be able to provide a refund.
STANDARD RETURN REQUEST:
All returns must have a RGA (return goods authorization) number and may be requested via email or phone. The RGA number must be marked on the shipping label and referenced on all boxes. Please note: All returns without a RGA number will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and may be subject to delays. Upon receipt of your RGA number, you will be given the return address where your merchandise must be shipped. Neenas Lighting does our best to process the return as quickly as possible. All refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card number only. Any damages incurred during shipping, is the responsibility of the sender. Credit is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Customer will take full responsibility if not reported within the time frame specified. Please allow a few weeks to process return for credit.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE REQUEST:
If merchandise is received damaged, please contact Neenas Lighting within 15 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent to you. A return shipping label will be issued for your return. Please leave in original packaging for claim reasons. Send your package back by going to a UPS/Fedex drop-off location or give it to any UPS/Fedex driver. Please retain the tracking number from your return label for your reference.

- Neena’s applies a $15 shipping charge on all orders under $200

If an item is shipped as oversized and/or must ship via a trucking company, additional shipping charges may apply. You may be contacted within 48 hours to complete your order. If you have any further questions, please contact customer service for more information.

NEENAS LEAD TIMES
Neenas Lighting represents over 100 manufactures. Lead times vary for each, depending on their location, the products currently they have in stock, and their manufacturing practices. Orders may ship as early as 1-2 business days, or may have lead times up to several weeks or months if they are coming in from overseas. In general lead times are 2-4 weeks. A representative will contact you if it should be any longer.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order for a product in the event of an error or omission in the description of such a product, including incorrect pricing information, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from our suppliers, or otherwise.
Please note that when you click the submit button of the checkout page your order will be submitted and your credit card will be immediately charged. This is done for authorization purposes and because the products are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
